A HUGE A** MARROW!!!
My friend (that I went to lunch with yesterday) brought me a surprise gift! She’s grown these extremely large (an understatement) courgettes/marrows in her garden (in American English I can only assume it’s a huge gourd or squash)?!? She thought it’d be a great/unique (def!) veggie to experiment new recipes – and I definitely agree. I’m up for the challenge!
But, I need help as I have NO idea what to make with it! If you have any suggestions/recipes, etc, please post in the comment section!
